I sent an email - two times - regarding an issue that you had emailed me about class action suit re: Edward Jonesstocks etc. I explained it was in respect to my Aunt (and deceased Uncle) who had these stocks the time period in the suit. I requested, twice, that you contact my Aunt to discuss this further. I have paid for this service and as such would have expected IF NOT A CALL, atleast an email telling me something. But I received nothing.
I believe I was led astray in order for you to get my monies by signing up for your services. I am very disappointed that they have not lived up to what your emails have hyped them up to be. I would like a FULL REFUND and discontinue my association with your 'firm'.
