They state the reason to fired me was because I didn't punch out for lunch. They never gave me a verbal or written warning, they just terminated my employment. They are able to go into the computer and fix the hours, they done that before but they didn't want to. I ask them to fix it because I took lunch and I know I punch out. They say they can't fix it because I was stealing company money and time. They have no type of proof. If it was like they have proof why is it I got approve for unemployment compensation. What company wouldn't try to stop a person not to get unemployment if they were fired for a reason. But they have no proof.

What company wouldn't try to stop a person to get unemployment if they were fired for a reason. They didn't try to stop me from getting unemployment. But they have no proof. I would like to sue them but because financially I can't they get away with it.
