It has come to our attention that you discrimnate when it comes to hiring. We have a petition being signed by employee's and by applicants. The applicants that have signed the petition are one's who applied for a job but wasn't even called in for an interview. The employee's are signing the petition because they know or had family who applied that didn't get hired or an interview, These employee's family and or friends was applying for positions on shifts other then the one whos family member work and a different supervisor.
It also has come to our attention that a certain supervisor has been working closely with you on hiring him mexican women only and you have been meeting his demands.
Also understand that some mexicans working there are illegal aliens.
Its also known that you only have a 2year degree and failed to interview or hire applicants who applied for an office position because they were more educated than you.
Employee's and applicants are tired of your abuse of power you have as hiring and etc office duties.
Once we have 1000 signatures right now we have 967 we will be forwarding them to headquarters and demanding a resolution. We will also be sending them along with a complaint letter to EEOC.
Since Bosch suppose to be EOE, I don't think headquarters would be happy nor EEOC, The family's and applicants aren't happy for sure, You maybe.
