Trustmark national bank credit card center continued to charge me late fees when in fact I was not late and have documents to prove my claim.

These practices continued , and the credit card center then begin charging me overthe limits fees as well.

I contacted the credit card center, wrote the supervisor, the manager, the president of the center and received no satisfaction.

I continued to pay monthly and on time. The credit card center continued to charge me the erroneous charges and harass me almost on a daily basis.

After I refused to pay the large amount accounted by the credit card center, they sued me, charging me an exubeant amount, outrageous attorney fees and courtcosts.

This bank has also breached their contract with their customers and have gotten away with all this thus far.

I stated to them 'If you have done me this way, you have done a lot of people like this'. 'HELP'
