My name is Belinda Lee Loar-Krumsiek, I was awarded life time medical from Hartford Insurance, back in Feb 2003 but have been fully disabled since June 3, 2000. I was a business owner, Unique Interior Designs.
OwnerMaster Wallpaper InstallerContractor since 1985. I was horrible disfigured losing the use of both hands and feet, due to some very toxic adhesives that I used for 15 years.Made by ICI AmericaZenicaGliddens. I was diagnosed with Toxic Neuropathy,Toxic Encephalopathy, Pheriphial Neruopathy, Reactive Airway Disease, SEVERE CONTACT DERMATITIS of both HANDS AND FEET. Now being fitted for a total electric wheel chair and on oxygen.
I have a 100 disability rating. This is in a full report written by an Occupational Environmental Epidemeologist Toxicologist. I have an attorney, but at this point I am up to rethinking my possition on her. My policy is for 5,000,000.00 and being on SSD, I am not intitle to medical. From what my attorney is saying I am over a million in damages. What Hartford has done to me has damaged me emotionally for life. I am wanting to see if anyone is interested in a Bad Faith Claim as well. I am in the middle of contacting the Media, about what has happen to me and others that worked for me. The cases that I am in are still open, meaning Hartford Workers Comp. and a legal malpractice. I need Help....I would have to pick the oldest Insurance company in our country and the second largest chemical company in the world.
Respectfully,
Belinda Lee Loar-Krumsiek
