This is a credit card issued through a bank. This bank began charging me late charges when in fact I was not late. This process continued, thus pushing me over my credit limit and the bank then begin charging me late fees as well as over the limit fees. I continued to pay monthly on the credit card, for seven (7) years.

The credit card insisted that I pay them an extremely large amount of money to bring the account to date as they stated. I continued to pay them monthly.

The bank then filed suit against me and sued me. I didn't have an attorney because I shouldn't have needed one, in that my documentations should have been explanatory; however the Judge ruled against me.

My documentation; bank statements, cancelled checks and etc clearly states that I was railroaded by the credit card company's bank.

I informed them , that if they had done me this way, I was sure that they had and are doing a lot of people this way. Also this bank breached a service contract as well.

I definitely would like to file for a class action law suit against this bank.
