In good faith I ordered a computer system from Blue Hippo. I have made 10 consecutive payments to no avail I have not received my merchandise. My first contact w BlueHippo via telephone was within 7 days of placing my order, requesting to cancel my computer. The customer service rep. refused to cancel my contract or let me speak with a supervisor. Needless to say, he was very difficult to speak and communicate with as he had a very strong foreign accent. I called Blue Hippo on numerous occassions thereafter with no results. I was told I had to sign 2 additional forms then I would get a shipping date. I was told the forms would be emailed to me in which they had the wrong email address. Weeks later I am still waiting on the forms in which 'Supposedly needed to be signed' before a shipping date is generated. As I have done my research, I have come to realize BLUEHIPPO FUNDING are nothing but 'Bunch of Thieves' , who use false advertisement to lure there customers. I will do what I have to do and I will go all the way to the top to make sure this company gets reported and put a stop to there scandelous ways!!!!! I want a full refund and have canceled my contract with BLUE HIPPO.
