Ford Construction Company, Inc, of Lodi California was contracted by EPA (a public works job) to cap and cover the toxic waste site at Casmalia, Ca. Ford sold fake HazMat cards to approx. 8 employees, and provided copies of these fake cards to the EPA. I and another employee notified the owner, Don Ford, that some dozer operators were tearing the liners and covering-over the damage, to hide it from EPA and inspectors. I was demoted and the other man was fired for being WHISTLEBLOWERS.

Ford Construction Company, Inc, with annual net earnings of 25million, has cheated hundreds of employees out of overtime, rest breaks and meal breaks. They owe me over 15,000.00 in back pay. I'm sure Ford Construction Company, Inc, owes every employee back-payment.
