Big blue Towing Service in Auburn,, AL

Big Blue towed my car off campus and damaged the transmission and refused to pay for repairs. I was out of 1800 for damages that were apparently caused by the tow. I spoke to the owner and he informed me that they were not liable. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle when I drove it to work that day. It started loosing power when I obtained it from the towing site. I was told by Ford Motor company that the transmission was gone in the vehicle. It happened the same day of the tow.
