Household Finance refuses to let go of a deal regarding a vehicle that I wanted to return because (1)it was not feasible for a family member who is disabled ( individual could not get up into the ford durango, including myself after injury). The dealership Automall Dodge dealership in Fremont) refused also along with HFC to reconsider the deal. The dealership and HFC broke the lease when I brought the vehicle back within three days of changing my mind, because it's not good for someone who is disable to continue to purchase the vehicle that is not designed for someone who becomes disabled. I filed a grievance with the Better Business Bureau and now instead HFC refuses to let go of the situation and work with me and the new owner of the vehicle. (2) The dealership and HFC stated that since I was the original owner I could either sell it myself or give it back. I informed them that I could do better then let them charge me for storage, and having them sell the vehicle at a much lower price that they sold it to me for. The new owner and I followed each of their request on how to deal with the problem, but tell this day HFC refuses to let go and is causing alot of problems. I went to a website and found out that there is a lawsuit by the gov't against HFC practices. ALERT EVERYONE IN THE NATION OF HFC'S POOR SERVICES!!!
