I ESSIE B FLOWERS APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD FROM CAPITAL ONE BANK BACK IN 2001, WHEN I RECEIVED THE CARD IT ONLY HAD A CREDIT LIMIT OF 200.00 AND ALL I WAS ABLE TO GET WAS 175.00 OFF THE CARD, I MADE PAYMENT ON IT BUT LATER THE SEND ME OUT A STATEMENT SHOWING I OWED THEM A LARGE AMOUNT.HOW COULD I HAVE OWED THEM THAT MUCH MONEY WHEN THE CREDIT LIMIT WAS ONLY 200.00.NOT THEY HAVE WENT TO COURT AND MY STATE CLAIMING THAT I OWE THEM 1285.23 I AM A WIDOW MY INCOME IS ONLY 441.00 A MONTH SOCIAL SECURITY,I AM 73 YEARS OLD NOT ABLE TO WORK AT ALL I HAVE A VERY SERIES HEALTH PROBLEM.THESE PEOPLE OF FRAUDS,THEY HAVE DON'T MANY PEOPLES LIKE THIS AND THEY NEED TO BE STOP.WILL YOU BE ABLE TO HELP ME.WITH THIS CASE,THANK YOU ESSIE B FLOWERS
