North Arkansas College (NAC) is NOT a nice place to attend, at least it wasn't for myself and my family. When I attended there, the faculty would go out of their way to make my college life (which is supposed to be a very enjoyable time in one's life) miserable!!! Molly McCorkindale would always call me into her office to 'give me advice' and was trying to make me a clone of her. She would make ugly comments about the way I looked and walked.
One day I was walking towards the eating area and Sal Ross suddenly came out of a classroom and deliberately crossed into my path, almost knocking me over and injuring my foot. This was witnessed by one of the staff secretaries and a student (who were the ONLY other people in the hallway at the time!!!). Clark Jenkins yelled at me and called me a liar and Molly McCorkindale also called me a liar and a troublemaker.
Fred Woehl 'banned' me from his class for questioning some of his methods. This so-called horse 'trainer' admitted in class that he kicked his horses for coming up to him and wanting affection. He also admitted he called his fillies and mares 'whores' when they came into season. I saw some of his horses at the rodeo one year and they looked dazed and beaten down. I petted one and it acted like that was the first time it had ever received any affection whatsoever!!!
