New Horizons Computer Learning Center

The agreement was that New Horizons would find a loan company to give me a loan for the unemployment income that I was receiving to take classes at New Horizons, and once I finish the classes I would then be place in internship and thereafter job placement before my unemployment insurance ended so I can continue to make my loan payments. New Horizons received over 10,000 dollars loan payment and now claim they never agreed to place me in internship and thereafter job placement.

The loan company is harassing me for the loan payments, and threatens to take legal actions against for the loan.
