I had a 3 day trial membership, when the 3 (Sat 0715)days were up I was unable to contact via the phone number provided (this was the only way you can cancel the membership). I kept receiving a fast busy or a no answer. On Monday 0717 I called again and again received fast busys for most of the morning. When I did finally
get an answer I was told the 49.99 was not refundable. This amount was for a one month membership and was taken out of my debit account. I requested a pro-rated refund because I didn't want the membership. Again I was told this is non-refundable. This is crazy charging 49.99 for something that is not wanted and unrefundable.
What a scam they have going, after all isn't this considered FRAUD.
