i dont know if its legal or not but this bank started charging late fees when payments were not late. we were charge quite a lot of late fees before we seen this was happening. we did call the bank but they told us any thing payed after 2pm will not be posted till the next bussiness day. if you pay it on friday after 2pm but its not due till sat. they dont post it till mon. and you pay late fees. they do have a sgn in the window that states this but most people dont pay any attention to signs on the windows
