CJ.com (Consumer Junction) operates a deceptive affiliate marketing program that essentially allows CJ to make big profits from advertisers while websites hosting affiliate ads make nothing. CJ closed our account without any notice (e-mail, written) after seven months without one 'cent' of compensation for the ads that ran on our site. We learnt our account had been closed only after logging in and finding out it had been deleted. We maintain affiliate programs with Linkshare and others that pay commissions to us and indicate our site was generating click-throughs and impressions that warranted some type of compensation.

When we spoke to CJ they were rude and basically told us 'tough luck' -- try again.

We are interested in developing a 'class action' against CJ or force them to open their accounting records to an independent auditor.
