My situation, case too.... involves civil rights violations here.
This matter came up.... w regard to them (at City Hall) harrassing me over shortening my
fence which was put up for my protection, for security reasons too. A phone call came in
from their town clerk lady to my home improvement man.... w regard to putting up a fence.
(And this fence was put up in place in fall, 2004....due to this phone call too. And this
woman gave me, my fencing permission to put it up...if it wasn't too high. And we (I
my maintenance guy here told her that it would be 5'. And she ok'd it.) But then right
after I had already put the fence up.... the bldg. inspector official came by, said that it
would have to be shortened down to 4' (at my expense here).
I have told these people (thru letters)....that I don't have the financial resources to tear
up my ground again, move this fence to within only a few ft. from the front of my home
here, to shorten it too. (But they're keeping on 'harrassing' me about this matter here.)
I've given you most of details pertaining to a civil rights violation here. And I would
appreciate it if a good lawyer could handle this case for me too. ('Cause for me too....I'm
a Sr. Citizens' aged woman w only limited resources due to being unable to work at this
time in my life too. And my 'bad' health is only getting worse 'n worse.... as time goes
on w so many stressful problems in my life too.)
