es I was working with the company Wackenhut for almost 4-5 years and I was working for them in 2003 in Tuscaloosa Alabama and in Northport Alabama at DCH Hospital from 2003-2004 then they transfered me in 2004 to Mercedes Plant in Vance Alabama still with the same company. I was at Mercedes plant from 2004 to February 25, 2006 when I got transfered to Acworth because of my dads Job. I put in a request for a transfer to Atlanta office from the Birmingham office and they agreed to do it. So when I arrived in Acworth and went to the Atlanta office to get started up here they issued me a uniform that was way to little and I told them about it and they said that they only had that size paints that they could not help me no more and sent me home with the uniform that was high on my legs and I had to wear them and told me to report to Alpheretta the next morning at 6:30am and this is not even through the entry advisement and class that I have to go through to be able to work with the company in georgia. So I arrived at Alphretta at 6:30am and they sent me back to the main office and this goes on for a solid week of no work just running around adn wasting gas to go from alphretta which is 1 hour and 30 mins from my house where I am living now. I called the site supervisor and she was in a meeting and I left a message for her to call me back and she never did so I called her back 3 times adn I was getting alittle agravated but she claims that I have cused her out and I did not do such a thing all I did was talk to herlike a human being and asked her if I was still working or not? She told me flat out to bring my uniform to the main office to turn it in because I was fired for Professional and also for not looking professional and dressing professional with the uniform that they issued me to wear I was wearing it. So I was a lawsuit against Wackenhut for negelitions and also unlawful termination and also unprofessional dressed that has been a racist company since I started with them in 2003 if you were not black or any other color besides white you will not get anywhere in the cpompany except what I got and that is termination because od not professional look.
