I have started with community credit couseling corp. for one year to pay off the creditor MBNA and they wereuppose to pay them everytime I paid them and MBNA has notified me that they are going to sue me for no making a payment on the gateway loan that I have been paying on since 2000 between ccc and another credit couseling corp. and I have yet to pay them off. My complaint to you is that CCC says that they have paid MBNA 1500 dollars in a years time and in that years time I have paid them 2796.94 and my balance to MBNA was 2500 at that time I started with CCC in 2004 and paid them through Janurary of 2005 and MBNA is trying to sue me because i went to CCC and I paid them 201-206 a month and plus paid MBNA 95-190 out of my pocket. I want a lawsuit against CCC for not making the payments that they should have been making and I want either the full 2796.94 that I have paid in to CCC or atleast 1800 in a settlement of them and then I would be happy when I get the money in my hands.
