My Name is C Hoerlein From Cincinnati, Ohio. I joined Risk Management Partners formaly Miracle Management Group In September Of 2003. Over time they had collected 15,666 of money from me to settle debts. 297.00 Was called a set up fee. Two Payments of 397.00 dallars were called retainer fees. The rest is was put into a settlement account to settle debts. One debt was was said to be settled. So far I have received one credit report that does not show that account at all. I'm requesting credits from the other reporting agencies and I am going to call that creditor to verify the ammount the account was settled for. At first while RMPMMG was collecting my money I would recieve monthlt emails about account statices. Once the ammount of what they called the Estimated Settlement amount was collected the correspondence with them became much less freequent. They had a website that had a member area that you could log onto and check your account and report creditors calling or hounding you. In the agreement with RMPMMG you were told not to correspond with the creditor and direct all correspondence to them. It is a forum where people exchange information on the dealings and night mares the Risk Management Partners has put them through. Check it out if you are having problems. I don't know witch to turn. There is alot of information but I don't know the best legal way to go. I have not been able to locate legal advise in my area. Mostly because I have very little to spent right now and don't know where to look for inexpensive legal advise. This company has over 11,400.00 of my money and possibly more if they settled the account for less than they claimed. They have proven they are not a trust worthy company by anymeans. I have a word document that I recieved from a person who was on the forum that is not a layer but has delt with RMPMMG for some time.
