Why could nothing be done about my legitimate complaint against this collection agency when I see cases less discriminating and harassing being resolved everywhere. This agency took monies from my account on dates that I DID not authorize. This company suggested that I SELL my dog to help pay my debt. This company implied and wanted to know about insurance money from a DEATH in my family to pay my debt.....Where is the justice. I am disabled and which is how I got so in debt. I am having to live off of disability benefits in which I was repeatedly told by the Disability Expert from my employer, that my benefits would not be taxed by the Federal government. When I went to have my taxes prepared, not only was I penalized for not paying taxes on the disabilty money, I also was stuck with a >5,000.00 IRS debt. I received some letter telling me that this company was asked if they took unauthorized money from my account and they said no. And that was it. Did anyone think they would so 'yes'?? I was told there was nothing more that could be done. So there is no help for me........
