I joined this company in 2004. I paid them over the time about 4000.00 to settle my credit card debt. They settled no accounts and actually never followed up as promised to close and cease the finance charges by initiating settlement with my creditors. The recently turned off their website, phones and now do not respond to email. I sent them a letter of cancellation in email which they received and said they would send me a cancellation form to complete--that was over a montha ago. I still have yet to receive it. Arizona's Banking commission went after them and won - but they only had to refund the Arizona clients. I am in Maryland. The president is Hyla Stanton. Complaints have been filed to several companys (BBB, FTC, Attorney General, etc) by several people with no luck. Take a look at this website of all the people who are waiting on their refunds
