Hopital refused to admit and treat my problem when testing showed clearly I was in an emergency status.
doctor stated ' I don't know if your insurance will cover admitting you so go home and call your primary doctor on Monday. (this was Saturday and we had excellent insurance with Blue Cross). On Monday I was admitted immediately and have been on disability since. Because of the wait, my body took a lot longer to battle infecton, etc. My primary doctor was livid this happened. This happened Sept. 2000. what is the time limit on filing a lawsuit.
