Why no one has sued this company yet, I do not know. My personal experience is on this site as well as my e-mail, gfindley@neo.rr.com. I have never fully recovered from the effects of this medication and it has been well over a year since I stopped. I still have not regained the strength in my legs. I have developed a chronic Achilles tendinitis that no amount of therapy with podiatrists has been able to help including heel lifts, wrapping, etc. My leg weakness makes it extremely hard for me to walk. This drug is a dangerous drug and makes someone who has high cholesterol more sick than one can imagine. And it is still on the market. Shameful.
