Blue Hippo is a company that offers credit for a lcomputer with no credit check. They told me that for 99.00 down and 87.96 every two weeks (because I chose the upgraded computer) that I would receive a computer after making 3 payments. But first I was to receive paperwork in the mail outlining the deal. I was to sign the paperwork and then return it to receive a shipping date for my computer. Well after 2 weeks I contacted the company to ask them where my paperwork was. They told me that department was having a problem but it was cleared up and I should have it in 5 to 7 business days. I waited and then called them back. I received the same answer again. I waited and called back. I received the same answer again. I waited and called back...this time to be hung up on 3 times by 3 different customer service reps. I have spoken to 3 supervisors (supposedly). I asked them to stop taking lpayments out of my account and refund me the money that they have taken from me since I obviously am not gonna receive the computer they can't even get the PAPERWORK out to me. They told me that I would not get a refund and they will not stop taking the payments from my account. I asked for another department...like their corporate office and they refused to give me that information. I also do not have an address to make a written formatl complaint. Blue Hippo Funding LLC has ripped me off!!! I want my money back.
