I am writing this complaint in regards to a company called Risk Management partners that was formerly known as Miracle Management Group. This is a debt management company that I enrolled with in November 2004. I have been a complaint customer of theirs until termination of my contract which they sent to me and signed and I sent back to them. This company will not refund my as they had promised upon cancellation several weeks ago. In addition, they have not held up to any of their expectations that they promised in their contract. I informed them and they told me that I should fill out proper paperwork to process a refund. They currently have approximately 6,000.00 of mine in a 'trust account' which they claim they will eventually be refunded, but I have waited over 6 weeks (they told me a refund would take approximately 4-6 weeks) and I have heard nor recieved anthing about a refund. The company was found guilty of working without proper licensure in the state of Arizona and was ordered to refund all AZ clients their . It seems that they have not responded so well to clients of other states. They should be investigated for breach of contract and for not doing anything and taking our money as consumers. I enrolled in this fraudulent company because I was in debt and I needed them to help me out in handling my debt. They have done nothing but STEAL my hard-earned which I had saved and set aside with them in their trust and as a result of their negligence I have gone deeper into debt and I'm even more broke than I was upon enrollment with them. Please help me get my money back!!
