They don''t stand behind their car warranties

Report Fraud
Wynn''s Extended Care,,Inc

I purchased an extended warranty when I purchased a 1999 Dodge Durango 4x4 used vehicle at the cost of 1,680.00 that was suppose to cover my vehicle for 45 months or 45,000 miles and it states in the contract that the transfer case, main computers, towing, etc were covered. And it also stated that I was entitled to a rental car for major breakdowns. Two days after I purchased the vehicle (which was a late Saturday evening they were closed on Sunday) I contacted the car lot on Monday morning and told them my 4 wheel drive wasn't working. I was told nothing was wrong with the 4 wheel drive that the light on my dash was blown.Three and a half weeks after I purchased my vehicle and the extended warranty I had a major breakdown the transfer case exploded on a major highway during rush hour traffic. At that time my vehicle was in the shop 6 days before an adjuster even showed up to check it out. Then it was 45 days before Wynn's Extended Care called to say they were not gonna pay anything towards the claim. So I had to pay for it out of my pocket for a new transfer case, wrecker fees, car rental, other parts and labor, plus storage fees for it to sit at the shop for 51 days at a grand total of 7,112.63.

Four weeks after I got it back the main computer went out. But in the mean time it keep stranding me on the road because it would quit running and wouldn't crank so in this four week period I was towed 12 times to the shop for it to be checked out. And because it was the main computer it wasn't showing no codes to let us know what was going on. So for all the tow bills, computer dianostic charges @ 85.00 a piece every time it was put on the computer, the main computer itself, rental car fees, parts labor is another 4,212.36 that I am out of pocket. So my grand total out of my pocket is 11,324.99.

I have contacted the CEO of the car lot, the CEO of Wynn's Extended Care and also the CEO of the finance company and no one wants to do any thing to help since it is a used vehicle. So I flat refuse to pay any car payments to the finance company. I only financed 12,200.00. So to me my vehicle is paid for.
