Chase Mortgage Company

I continue to have problems with Chase. I have had money orders lost. Someone elses fees posted to my account etc. I have a one year arm. The latest billing error is I was sent an escrow disclosure in Jauary. It said my escrow was short and if I sent in the total amount by a specific date, my payments would go down to 368 change. I sent it in in addition to the Feb and March payments. I paid this online and specified it be applied to the escrow. Instead, this payment was applied to late fees ( some are mine some are those mentioned above)

Whenever you call chase if you speak to someone in the US they do not have the same information as the people overseas. I aksed the agent overseas why she was quoting information differntly from the person who transferred me to her. I asked was she in the US. She said no.

She then told me it takes up to 90 days for them to have access to any updated information. She authorized me to pay the 368 payment for April. However, my statement received Friday, May 5, 2006 reflects there was no payment to my account in April and that I owe 2 payments.

This has been the method with Chase. I dont know if it is because the same information is not available to all agents or if it is intentional. Also, their home page reflected I had not signed in since March 1. According to that page I signed in and made a payment of 500. That info was incorrect since I made the lump sum escrow payment in additon to the Feb and March payments on March 21 and it was not in the amount of 500. There was one payment posted of 835 and the escrow payment o 110. Both payments on my last sign in totalled more than 900.

Also the lady I spoke with overseas told me the only way to get my payment down to 368 was to delete the optional product. I asked her how could Chase document in January a payment amount based on me sending in a lump sum and now saying I also had to drop an optional product.

After I finished speaking with her, I did call and drop the home warranty. That company had no request of Chase requesting a termination of that service. I dont know if Chase is purposely misapplying funds or needs to update their computers. In any event, I cannot contiue to pay money that does not go towards my loan.

I am sure if I am having this problem with Chase, others are having it as well. Please help.
