I never call the phone bank ONLY very very rarely if I absolutly have to. My calls are for legit reasons which can not be answered on the internet. It seems as if they have a habit of charging erroneous 2.00 fees in your account for NO REASON. I have repeatedly told them my checking account BELONGS TO ME! They do not have a right to dip into it.
IF I ABSOLUTLY have to call I always start with saying, I have a question about my account statement and how your reporting this or that, ARE YOU GOING TO CHARGE ME? They say no! It seems that I look at my statemtns and they like back bill for it so when I currently look at my statement, it is buried way deep in the older days. Not current info. Very frustrating and they are charging it for no reason. I have been banking there for 22 years, now why should I pay if I have to talk to them? ALSO, the charges DO NOT reflect any date when I had to call. I am also disputing the VALIDITY AND NATURE of the charge.

Above you will find one consumer complaint, Im sending in more. Im hoping to get a class action lawsuit. This was not PART of my account some 20 years ago and I should not have to deal with this ABUSE and you just feeling free TO DIP INTO MY ACCOUNT AND TAKE< YES TAKE MY MONEY without ever once justifying the charge.
I HAVE HAD IT WITH YOUR STEALING MY MONEY. I NEVER AUTHORIZED YOU TO DO THIS WHEN I OPENED MY ACCOUNT AND AM ALSO DISPUTING THE VALIDITY OF THE CHARGES. IM GOING TO EVERY SINGLE CONSUMER COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT POSSIBLE AND INTEND TO SUE FOR THE HARDSHIP OF HAVING TO TRANSFER BANKS AFTER YEARS JUST BECAUSE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE ENOUGH WITH ME NOW TO USE MY MONEY. IM NOT STOPPING UNTIL I GET IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND WE ARENT TALKING TWO BUCKS EITHER.
