Pepe Infiniti

It took Pepe Infiniti seven trips over four days to attempt to install four snow tires on my M35x automobile. On the seventh trip, when I demanded that the tires and tire pressure monitors be installed correctly, I was forceable thrown out of the dealership and told to take my car elsewhere. Of course, they refused to refund any portion of the over 800 I paid for this incompetence.

I subsequently filed a complaint with the BBB and Nissan North America. So what was Pepe Infiniti's response? They have contacted other service centers in the area and convinced them not to take my car for service. Unbelievable, isn't it.
