wont send me my refund

Miracle Management Group Risk Management Partners

i have many emails from this company and a letter that states that they owe me my refund and it states that i should have it within 4 to 6 weeks it has now been 6 months after many phone messages as they do don answer their phone and many emails and many faxes i still have not received my refund. i have also filed bankruptcy and it has been discharged and still no response from this company. i need help in getting my money back please. if i need to find a lawyer i am prepared to do that. it seems that there are many people who are having this issue.
