I signed up with this Agency in August of 2004, they said they could help me settle my 48,000 dollars in credit card debt! Well to make a long story short they did not settle anything ,....... did not answer my calls I was being sued by 4 lawyers, kept trying to get them to help. No response! So finnaly I canceled !!!! I have been trying to get my money back, as I have know found out that count less of others have also. I have filed a complaint with the FTC if that does any good. I just want my money back. Oh , did I also tell you that when I canceled with them I was 60,000 in debt! There should be laws for people like this, I was just looking for help and the web site refered my to these people.
