My son attends a middle school where there is an alarming number of parents who have chosen to remove their children from the school and place them in private institutions.

They, like myself, have had countless experiences where children who are not 'cool', are verbally abused on a day to day basis. They fail miserably academically and suffer from severe axniety and depression.

The solution is to frequently have the children seek physcological help andor anti depressant meds in order
to make the environment tolerable. The school administration admits the children are out of control yet they do
nothing to remedy the situation.

My intent is to help organize a class action suit in an effort to have the school system fund private education
for these students. We are NJ taxpayers who are paying enormous money for a failing system and there is no reason we should have to pay for public and private institutions at the same time.
