I too have been ripped off by this company. After months of waiting for a refund and numerous complaints to State and federal bureaus, I finally got some of my money back but not all. This company did not settle my debts as they were contracted to do and then made me continually fight to get my money back. They held onto some fees which I beleive are rightfully mine since they made my debt approximately 3,000 more than when I first started out with this company. They have cost me money and distress and has further ruined my credit which I was trying to correct. I have spent money on an attorney, mailings, and long distance calls to contact these people and after ignoring me and giving me the run-around for months, they finally gave me some of my funds back. Hyla Stanton and her thieves need to be brought to justice! It's hard to believe that these people can keep ripping people off and messing up lives and nothing happens to them.
