A debt management company that failed to begin settlement process for clients. That is fraud because they kept accepting monthly payments from me to settle my debts. They now refuse to refund my money stating they need power of attorney cleared before they reund money. But I am no longer a client of any of the creditors Risk Mgt was hired to settle with. There is no power of attorney to cancel.
