This company used to have the basic website. www.advancedbeautysolutions.com....now i can't even get on to that. This is where I ordered the product, TruCeramic Pro Ionic Styler. I paid a great deal of money only for it to break several months later. I liked the product very much when it functioned properly, but now I can't get a hold of anyone at both of the customer service numbers I try to call. 877-444-3776 was the phone number that appeared on my credit card bill and that number is ALWAYS busy. and I called another number that found on this website that an other woman tried to call and that number is disconnected.

What do I do or is there anything I can do to get my money back from these people???
