I joined the company about 2 and half years ago to help settle some credit cards debts. I was paying them 365.00 a month. About 6 months ago I started inquiring why none of the accounts had been settled,and I would get this run around email stating that they were actively working on the account for the lowest settlement. I contacted one of the company myself to see if they had heard from them and was advised that they wouldn't return phone calls. One company said what they was willing to settle for and it was much lower that what RMP had stated. I called back and left many messages stating this fact. I recieved an email stating that will tell you anything to try to get you to settle. I finally got tired of the runaround and never ever being able to talk to a real person,so I stopped withdrawls from my account. I recieved a form from them asking why were I cancelling and to mail it back to their address in Arizona. I mailed the letter back and after a few weeks the letter was returned because the business had left this address and didn't leave a forwarding address. I understand their are now operating out of Dallas Texas. Something should be done to these people.
