Since the time I was employed with Wal-mart stores October 13, 2003 I have noticed the unfair business that they have pulled on there employees which is from overtime to breaks and lunches being late. I have had different things happened to me in the past at the time I was employed with the company. For instance I applied for a management position that was given to a guy that fits the needs not qualified for the position, the position never was even posted like they say they do in the SUPPOSELY EMPLOYEE HAND BOOK NOT, the rules are always over looked and I think something need to be done about this issue. Also how they yelled at me for leaving after my shift was over and was told to stay until told so
