I was a net branch mgr for Flagstar Bank and was forced to fund branch operations with my own funds. I was never paid for my time hrs only thru commissions. Also this bank used my money to fund 401K and when I left they kept the employer match side even though they never contibuted to plan. Also had the gall to charge me 2200.00 to send files to bank when I resigned my position. All in all I probably lost 100,000.00 during my time with them.
