Judge Rules That Lawsuit Opposing Traffic Cams May Move Forward

A Jefferson County, Ohio judge ruled that a class action suit may be filed over the Steubenville, Ohio traffic cameras. Judge David E. Henderson entered a "Certification as Class Action," which permits a class action lawsuit to proceed against the city of Steubenville and Traffipax, Inc.

Henderson ruled that all persons who received the automated citations can participate in the suit, whether they paid the fine or not.
