If You Were Billed for Mobile Content on Your Wireless Phone Bill You May Be Entitled to a $10 Refund From A Class Action Settlement

This settlement is about alleged unauthorized charges for Mobile Content in the form of graphics, horoscopes and other text alerts.

If you feel as though you were billed for allegedly unauthorized charges for Mobile Content associated with Media Breakaway from January 1, 2005 to June 23, 2009, and you were not previously either partially or fully refunded for these charges, you may be eligible for a refund.

The deadline for filing a claim is December 15, 2009. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted.
