Lawyers Investigate Construction Company Rip-Offs

Report Fraud
Case ID: 4977 | Family | 01/29/2007

As any homeowner knows, there are many things in the home that can suddenly and without warning occur that can require costly repairs. Whether the problem occurs in roofing materials, siding materials, heating or cooling systems, asphalt or concrete in and around the property, window panes or window treatments, or whether the problem consists of mold throughout the home or water intrusion, there is no doubt that such problems cannot only require significant expenditure of time and money to remediate, they can also diminish the value of the home.

In many instances the difficulty being experienced by the homeowner is the direct result of error by the homebuilder/contractor or manufacturing or design defect in the materials used to construct the home. And, if that is the case, the homeowner may well have a claim against the homebuilder/contractor or manufacturer of the construction products in question for whatever damages the homeowner has suffered.

If you have experienced problems in your home as a result of what you believe may be the improper design, manufacture and/or installation of materials in your home and you would like to discuss what legal remedies you may have, please contact us at 1-866-467-1400 or submit a claim on this page.
