Las Vegas Casino Dealers File Suit Against Wynn |
 |
Two dealers at Wynn Las Vegas have filed a class action lawsuit to end the casino's new tip-sharing program.
Daniel Baldonado and Joseph Cesarz say the new policy violates Nevada state law because employers are sharing tips. The new policy forces them to give some of their tips to floor supervisors.
The dealers say they are filing the lawsuit on behalf of more than 500 dealers affected by the new policy which went into effect in early September, 2006.
