The actions claim that the defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market over this time period, thereby artificially inflating the price of the company's securities.
 
The parties have reached a tentative $8 million partial settlement in an action filed against AMF Bowling, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AMBWQ.PK) and certain of its officers and directors by stockholders who purchased the company's common stock pursuant to the registration statement for the November 1997 initial public offering before February 26, 1999. The action continues against the remaining institutional defendants. Proof of claim documents must be postmarked on or before October 29, 2004, to be considered valid.
 
A class action has been filed against Printcafe Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: PCAF) and certain of its officers and directors by stockholders who purchased the company's common stock between June 18 and October 22, 2002.
 
A class action has been filed against Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE:WG), certain of its officers and directors by stockholders who purchased the company's common stock between May 06, 2002 and May 16, 2005. The action claims that the defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market over this time period, thereby artificially inflating the price of the company's securities. The stockholders seek to recover compensatory damages for the loss of value of their stock.
 
Several class actions have been filed against defense contractor Titan Corporation (NYSE:TTN) and certain of its officers and directors by stockholders who purchased the company's common stock between July 24, 2003, and March 22, 2004. The actions claim that the defendants violated federal securities laws by allowing foreign consultants to make improper payments to foreign governments in violation of the federal Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, so that Titan stock prices fell precipitously when news of the scandal broke.
 
Several class actions have been filed against AOL Time Warner, Inc. and certain of its officers and directors by stockholders who purchased Purchase Pro, Inc., (Pink sheets: PROEQ) (now known as Pro-After, Inc.) common stock between March 20, 2000, and May 21, 2001. The actions claim that the defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market over this time period, thereby artificially inflating the price of the company's securities. The stockholders seek to recover compensatory damages for the loss of value of their stock.
